Hi, we are Grade 5 students from class 5-2 in the French Immersion program at Forest Trail Public school in Oakville, Ontario. Our class is high energy, creative, and diverse. We are also collaborative, and worked well together to create our version of the “Lost Boy” song. At first, some of our classmates were not very sure about participating, but once we started working, everyone wanted a part. It has been an inspiring and wonderful creative process, with lots of ideas and reflection on the best way to present one of our favourite songs. We hope you enjoy the product as much as we have enjoyed the process! Our class has people in it from all over the world, and although most of us have attended Forest Trail since grade 1, this project has contributed to building our community and improved our ability to work together.
